Edit: Toshiba has made it so users running HMJ37.31.5.0011 are now longer able to root their devices by restricting fastboot. However, it is still possible to downgrade to hmj37.01.05.0032 in order to obtain fastboot, a custom recovery, and a rooted rom running on one of the latest roms.
